Incredible Trent Hills is commited to the privacy of our visitors, vendors, and partners.  We’re a small organization run by the community for the community, and privacy is one of our values.

  1. We will only collect the personal information we require to complete your transaction (contact info, billing info, etc)
  2. The personal information we collect will only be used to conduct your transaction, never sold or distributed to third parties for commercial use
  3. Abundant precautions are taken to safeguard your private data against theft including strong encryption during transmission and storage, multiple security firewalls, constant scans and maintenance, and general vigilance.
  4. Credit card payments are completed using Stripe, an industry-leading payment gateway.  Volunteers, staff, and vendors, can’t access your credit card.
  5. Our website is hosted on a server in Toronto.  It is developed and maintained by word and data near Campbellford.
  6. We may use services like Google Analytics to measure traffic and usage patterns.  These services track behaviour anonymously and in aggregate.  Where possible we will avoid potentially problematic operators such as Google.  Google’s privacy policy is here. A browser plugin such as Ghostery will circumvent most such services.
