The Hub Sauce Co

In 2018 we grew our first pepper plant. The years to follow saw hundreds of varieties and crosses grown all in the small town of Hastings. We would have people stop and talk to us about them and had people asking if we made hot sauce. I never thought anyone would want to buy our creations that we used at home but after becoming a founding member of Sons Of Fire (a global chili pepper club) we met some of Canadas best small batch sauce makers and they pushed us and pumped us up. In 2022 we finalized the details and The Hub Sauce Co. was founded.
